The Clonargen Cove.
In a good game although very short, both teams started stick and stick until midway through the fourth chukker, when La Ensenada went 7-5 up. From there and with a colossal Lorenzo Chavanne, Ellerstina Chapa scored 8 consecutive goals to make it 13-7 and calm down in the match. But La Ensenada, commanded again by Jero del Carril – scorer of the match – did not let up, continued to fight in all sectors of the field of play and was discounting the advantage until they achieved the tie in the last quarter. And when it seemed that the match was defined in extra time, Cruz Heguy, with a long shot, gave the victory to the team that unites the Pieres and Heguy families, just 20 seconds before the final bell.
