On Wednesday 21/10, on the courts that the organizing club owns in Tortuguitas, the sixth round (third of Zone B) of the 86th Tortugas Country Club Galicia Open presented by Visa began, in which the Emilio de Anchorena Cup is at stake.
On field 5, La Hache Polo Team, runner-up in the 133rd Hurlingham Club Open, convincingly defeated La Aguada Daily Mail (with “Magoo” Laprida starting in place of the injured Alfredo Bigatti) 30-11, securing their second victory in as many matches. Meanwhile, the Open Door team suffered their second defeat of the tournament.
In a fast-paced game with few fouls committed (only 14 between both teams), La Hache’s team was very sharp in front of goal (22/32 shots on target and 100% effectiveness in penalties and corners) and achieved a resounding victory that puts them, for the moment, as the sole leader of Zone B.

Second Match
On court 6, which the organizing club owns in Tortuguitas, the sixth round (third of Zone B) of the 86th Tortugas Country Club Galicia Open presented by Visa was completed, in which the Emilio de Anchorena Cup is at stake.
In the match between two teams that came with one win and one loss, La Irenita Clinova beat Híper 21 to 14 and thus, with 4 points, tied La Hache in the leadership of the group, although the team of the Ulloa and Panelo brothers has one less game played.
After a shaky start, the team led by Pablo Mac Donough turned the score around in the last play of the third set and from there, with a great game by Paco de Narváez, managed to break down their rival to take an important victory that leaves them in the hope of being able to fight for passage to the final of the tournament.
