Valiente take IV La Aguada Spring Cup Deutsche Bank
Valiente defeated Jaeger-LeCoultre 10-7 and obtaiend the IV La Aguada Spring Cup Deutsche Bank, Presented by Rio Uruguay Seguros, in the final held at La Aguada Polo Club, in Open Door, Argentina.
In the Subsidiary finals, played prior to the tournament decider, Escorihuela Gascón took the Copa Rio Uruguay Seguros, following their 9-4 win over La Mimosa, while the Copa Velux went to La Aguada, after beating Deutsche Bank 9-6.
In the awards presentation, that featured the Novillo Astrada brothers in attendance – Eduardo Jr., Miguel, Javier and Ignacio – Valiente’s Juan Britos, took MVP honors, while Deutsche Bank’s Tomás Fernández Llorente Jr., was presented with the Fair Play Award.
The third competition of the La Aguada Jaeger-LeCoultre Season 2011, showcased six teams up to 12 goals, broken down into two leagues.
