Royal Charity Chukkas in Chester
HRH The Duke of Cambridge took the Audi quattro team to victory at the annual charity fundraiser, the Audi Polo Challenge at Chester Racecourse Polo Club, defeating the Audi ultra team 8 – 7.
The polo spectacle was attended by over 300 VIP guests who all enjoyed watching the fast paced, exciting and exhilarating game, including Douglas Booth, Oliver Jackson-Cohen, Darcey Bussell, Colin Salmon, Jeremy Irvine and Naomie Harris.
Over the last 10 years, the Audi Polo Challenge has raised more than £1.5 million for various charities supported by the Duke of Cambridge and Prince Harry. The 2013 Polo Challenge will support the English School Swimming Association, England and Wales Mountain Rescue and Fields in Trust.
Two star Michelin chef Michael Caines provided dinner for the guests and entertainment commenced with award-winning Scottish singer Amy McDonald, followed by DJ duo Sophie Ellis-Bextor and her husband Richard Jones as Me and Mrs Jones keeping the guests on their feet on the dance floor.
