6 teams had entered the 8-goal tournament resulting in a final between Cuatro Estrellas and Gallagher on Sunday morning in rather unseasonal wind and rain.

A good fast paced open match which went to an extra chukka to determine the winner. The final goal scored by Harry Muddle for Cuatro Estrellas secured a win for Justin Taylor’s team with a score of 5-4.

The Equine Management Best Playing pony rug was awarded to Spongebob, owned by Andre Fattal and ridden by Bauti Sorzana.

Heyshott Cup Final

Dunae Lent’s Innovent took on Emma MacRae’s Ice Craft team on Sunday in the increasing windy conditions on Ambersham 3.

A couple of injury changes in the Innovent team saw Jack Berner and Harry Muddle, playing his second game of the morning at Cowdray, move into the side.

The goal scoring played ping pong with each chukka ending in either a draw or a one goal difference, however Innovent were in the lead 7 to 6 when the final whistle blew.
