Wolves and Mahra will play the Bentley Cup Final
Wolves Polo and Mahra won today their respective matches for the semifinals of the Bentley Cup at the Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club and will play next friday the final of this trophy.
Wolves defeated UAE Polo by 10 goals to 8 and Mahra achieved the victory against Desert Palm in extra chukker by 8 goals to 7
In the first match of the day, Wolves and UAE Polo played a come and go game with plenty of great actions. Team made by Ahmed Al Habtoor, Hugo Lewis, Ezequiel Martínez Ferrario and Manuel Crespo played two great chukkers (2nd and 3rd) to achieve a 4 goal gap but in the fourth period UAE made a great comeback to put some pressure on the final chukker.
In the last seven minutes Wolves scored three consecutive goals for a 10-8 victory and the ticket to the Bentley Cup final.

In the second semifinal of the Bentley Cup, Mahra and Desert Palm held a very tight game that was decided, after a great goal by Isidro Strada, in favor of Mahra by 8 goals to 7.
From the very beginning both teams showed their intentions to achieve the remaining place in the final with a close score during all the match.
After a 7 goal apiece score in the fifth chukker the game went to OT. In the second action of this period Isidro Strada caught the ball in the 60 yards in attack to finish the action with a great goal and give Mahra the victory and the chance to play the final of the Bentley Cup next friday.

The Julius Baer Gold Cup will continue tomorrow at Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club with the Julius Baer Gold Cup semifinals.
Starting at 2 pm, Bin Drai will be playing against Zedan followed by Abu Dhabi against Julius Baer Team.
