JERSEY BEACH POLO A CONTINUING SUCCESS!
The secondbeach polo event in Jersey on Friday September 20th was hailed as ahuge success.
Four teamstook to the sand in St. Brelades Bay to compete in the second annual beach poloevent with the Veritas Investment team of Caroline Mair, Federico Boudou,Orlando Camus taking top honors.
TeamVeritas took on Hedonism Wines (Yevgeny Chichvarkin, Royston Prisk, JamieMorrison) in the first match, then Udo’s Choice (Amy Guy, Richard and AndrewBlake Tomas) and Harum Scarum went to a penalty shootout.
The finalbetween Veritas Investment Management and Harum Scarum (Jamie
Le Hardy, Jonathan Hare, Josh Clover) was won by VeritasInvestment Management, 7-6, just before the tide came in!
As an addedbonus to a fun-filled weekend, over £1200 was raised for Holiday for Heroes,the nominated charity for the event.
