QUALIFYING TOURNAMENT – Day 1

At the Alfredo Lalor Venue, the first date of the Qualifying Tournament for the Remonta and Veterinary Cups was played on Friday 11/10, which will give two places in the 131st HSBC Argentine Polo Open.

On the opening day, for Zone A Ellerstina Kazak, with eight goals from Lorenzo Chavanne, beat La Ensenada 13-11 and La Matera, with a goal from Jared Zenni after the first campaign, defeated La Esquina 13-12.Meanwhile, for the B, La Aguada, with a spectacular game by the Brazilian Pedrinho Zacharias, beat La Irenita Clinova 17-14;and La Dolfina won 14-13 against La Irenita II, after turning around a match in which they ran from behind for much of the match.

We remember that the tournament is led by 8 formations of between 28 and 31 goals of valorization, which were grouped into two zones of four teams each, whose winners will qualify for the most important Open on the planet.

The next date, the second, will be played next Wednesday 16/10, again in Pilar.
