
On Wednesday, 7/23, the jury of great champions of the Argentine Polo breed was held, in the 137th edition of the Exhibition of Livestock, Agriculture and International Industry in the Rural of Palermo. Those in charge of deciding which horses would be consecrated Grand Champions Male and Female and Reserved Champions, were the experienced jurors Juan P. Harriet and Joaquín Máiquez and the referee was the president of the Argentine Polo Association, Benjamín Araya.
The prize for the Female Grand Champion went to Dolfi Nebulosa, zaina born on 24/11/2021, by Dolfina Quinto and Dolfi K01 Bruma Clon 1, exhibited by Adolfo Cambiaso (h); while the distinction of Reserved Grand Champion went to Irenita Errada, zaina overa born on 11/2/2022, by Los Machito Líbano and Irenita Acertada, exhibited by La Irenita S. A.
Meanwhile, on the side of the Machos, the Grand Champion was CP Nicasio, zaino born on 11/25/2021, by Ellerstina Pícaro and CP Nicasia, exhibited by Caballos del Mañana S. A. In addition, the prize for the Reserved Grand Champion went to Dolfina Rory, zaino born on 9/1/2023, by Dolfina Guitarrero and Dolfina Roxy, exhibited by Haras La Angélica S. A.; and bred by La Dolfina S. A.
THE EXPO CONTINUES
We remind you that until Sunday 7/27, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., the Argentine Polo Association is present at the Rural Exhibition, with a content stand, anticipating what will be one of the most anticipated events of the season: the Triple Crown that will be played in Hurlingham, Tortugas and Palermo.
On this occasion, the AAP will once again organize an arena polo match on the Central Court, in which figures from our sport will participate.
It will be on the closing day at 5:00 p.m., when visitors will be able to enjoy this special match, which will be starred by Agustina Imaz, Clara Martínez Ferrario, Francisco Crotto (h), Juan Falabella, Lucas Goti and Simón Crotto.
