The Tackeria to Sponsor WEF Lunch and Learn:

“Developing and Maintaining the Perfect Back”

Excellent equine care, including attention to your horse’s back, allows you to step into the stirrups aboard a healthy, happy horse and is paramount to a winning ride. The Tackeria and World Equestrian Brands, LLC, have teamed up to sponsor the Week Six Lunch and Learn titled “Developing and Maintaining the Perfect Back,” held at the Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) show grounds.

The Thursday, February 12 event will be presented by Wade A. Tenney, DVM, of Tufts University, and Robin Moore, CEO of World Equestrian Brands, LLC. It will take place at the Wellington Club on the Winter Equestrian Festival show grounds.

“As a horseman I understand the importance of taking great care of the horse’s back,” said Tony Coppola, owner of the iconic Tackeria. “The Tackeria is proud to support this informative event.”

Tackeria and World Equestrian Brands are sponsoring the event to promote top-notch horse care to the equestrian community.

“We feel strongly that education above and beyond riding is important for riders,” Moore said. “Good information can be hard to find, and many times, until there is a critical situation, issues that may have been preventable, or perhaps better managed, are not addressed.Dr. Tenney will be speaking about primary back pain. Many of our World Equestrian Brands products are helpful for healthy backs. The E.A. Mattes sheepskin saddles pads and the Equilibrium massage pads from are particularly helpful.”

An Equilibrium massage pad and massage mitt are used to help achieve an ideal back. Products to help develop and maintain a perfect back are offered by World Equestrian Brands and can be found at The Tackeria.
