2010 Lady Luck Ladies International Polo Tournament: 

Girl Power, Chukka Style 

The thunder of hooves marks the end of the 2010 Lady Luck, Ladies International Polo Tournament held Sunday 7th November at the Windsor Polo Club, Old Kurrajong Rd, Richmond, Australia (approximately 50 minutes drive from the CBD).  Pack a picnic, load up the car and bring your family and friends to enjoy a sunny afternoon at the polo as Australia, New Zealand, USA and Europe duke it out for the Ladies International Trophy


The event promises to be a fun-filled day of polo, prizes and activities, as the world’s best female polo players vie for the coveted Ladies International Trophy and UJ Meally Cup.  At just $5 per person gate entry fee (donated to the Sydney Breast Cancer Foundation), it’s the perfect game for the general public to see how the modern game of kings is played.  


Ticketed marquees are also available for those who want to take in the game in style.


The tournament marks the meeting of top female competitor, Kirsty Sullivan for the Angus & Coote Australian Team, and the world’s leading female player, Nina Clarkin in a ride-off.  Share the adrenalin as the players gallop across the pitch and marvel at the grace and speed of the horses as they swirl around the field.


Gates open at 10am in preparation for a full day of activities, starting with the presentation of the teams and the first of two International Test Matches, followed by the traditional Divot Stomp and a breathtaking jousting exhibition.
