In the match, the only candidate for the AAP Triple Crown, La Natividad La Dolfina, got its ninth consecutive victory in the season after beating Los Machitos El Refugio 18-6. With the victory, in addition to equaling UAE Polo as leader of the group, they won the Isdin Cup that was at stake.
