On field 1 of the Argentine Polo Galicia Field in Palermo, on Wednesday 3/12 ended date 9 (fifth and last of Zone A) of the world’s top competition of our sport: the 132nd Argentine Polo Galicia Open presented by Visa.
The undefeated and only contender for the Triple Crown, La Natividad La Dolfina beat UAE Polo in a great match by 16 to 14, won the Imperial Cup that was in dispute, achieved its 11th consecutive victory in the season and qualified for the grand final of the tournament, which will be played next Sunday 7/12.

Meanwhile, on Thursday 4/12 the tenth date (last of Zone B) will take place, in which they will face each other at 2:00 p.m. on court 2 and for the Visa Cup, La Ensenada Clonargen vs. La Dolfina II, a team that emerged from the qualifying tournament and that urgently needs a victory to continue with chances of pre-qualifying for the TC 2026.
Then, from 4:30 p.m., the only team that does not know defeat in the group, Ellerstina Indios Chapaleufú Vista vs. La Irenita La Hache Clinova, in another important “semi-final”: despite their defeat on the previous date, if they win LI LH will be finalists because the tiebreaker between two teams equal in points is the result between them.
In that match, Pablo Mac Donough will return to the starting lineup after his collarbone injury, replacing his nephew Matías (Jr.), “Vizcacha”.
