Argentine Open – Day 10 – 2nd game

At the end of  day 10 of the world’s top competition of our sport: the 131st HSBC Argentine Polo Open, on Tuesday 3/12 on court 2 of the Argentine Polo Field in Palermo, the definition of Zone A was played.

The victory corresponded to the defending champion La Natividad, who after beating La Hache Polo Team by 12 to 9, was in a position to defend its title in the grand final of the tournament, which will take place next Sunday 8/12. In addition, he won the Motorola Cup that was at stake in the match. Congratulations!

In a game with very few fouls (only 9), both teams fought hard for the victory that placed them in the final of the competition. With two extremely even teams, the pass to the decisive match was decided by the great game of Jeta Camilo Castagnola, who with his seven goals and his great performance, made the difference.

In this way, the Cañuelas team will once again play the grand final of the tournament, while La Hache says goodbye to the season with a bittersweet taste, since although it did not achieve its goal of reaching the last day of the tournament, it was left with a title: the 84th Abierto de Tortugas presented by Jumbo.
