Victories by Zedan and Bin Drai in the opening day of the Dubai Challenge Cup 2018
The Dubai Challenge Cup, the last 18 goal handicap tournament of the Dubai Polo Gold Cup Series 2018, started today with a double action day at the Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club.
Zedan and Bin Drai had a great opening day after achieving two deserved victories against Wolves and Habtoor.
In two attractive games, Zedan defeated Wolves by 10 goals to 6 and Bin Drai did the same against Habtoor by 11 goals to 9.
Pablo Mac Donough (Zedan) was the top scorer of the first match with 5 goals while Raúl Laplacette (Bin Drai) and Francisco Elizalde (Habtoor), with 7 goals each, the top scorers of the second game of the day.

Zedan: 2-0/ 6-3/ 9-3/ 10-5/ 10-6
Bin Drai: 3-1/ 3-4/ 7-5/ 10-6/ 11-9
The Dubai Challenge Cup 2018 will continue next Monday with another double action day at the Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club.Starting at 3 pm, Bin Drai will play against Wolves followed by Habtoor vs Zedan from 4.30 pm.
