LA AGUADA POLO CLUB PRESENTS THE AUTUMN SEASON
After a highly successful spring season in Argentina, in which the Novillo Astrada brothers played the final of the Tortugas Open and claimed the Hurlingham Open, La Aguada Polo Club announces the upcoming autumn season, which will start on March 2, with the II La Aguada Autumn Cup.
The tournament, which took the polo world by surprise in 2008 due to the quality of players and the numbers of teams who took part of it, will be held on March 2, 4, 6 and 7 at La Aguada Polo Club, in Open Door. The 2009 edition will feature eight teams between 10 and 12 goals, and each lineup will include professional players both from Argentina and overseas, guest international patrons and friends, who will meet to play the II La Aguada Autumn Cup during four days.
On Saturday March 7, a ladies polo exhibition will be played after the tournament´s finals.
The Novillo Astrada brothers will be present as the tournament hosts, and will assist the players during practices and lessons in the prestigious polo clinic.
