MEXICO IS THE NEXT DESTINATION FOR BRITISH POLO DAY’S TOP POLO PLAYERS

British Polo Day, the organization that is a celebration of British luxury and heritage through hosting polo eventsLive around the world, will launch in Mexico for the first time on the 24th November 2012 at the Balavanera Polo & Country Club.  The event aims to bring together the pre-eminent families in the Mexican equine world with the ‘Best of British’.  As well as exciting Polo, the event will host a Fashion Show and evening VIP reception.


On Saturday 24th November 2012 British Polo Day will play host at The Balavanera Polo & Country Club in Mexico City to the first ladies polo match between Roxtons British Ladies vs. Angelissima The Rest of the World. The British Ladies team Captained by the best female polo player in the world Nina Clarkin also including The Marchioness of Milford Heaven.


Guests and Players of British Polo Day Mexico will be able to watch The National Show Jumping Championships in the morning. In the afternoon guests will see matches between Land Rover Eton vs. InterContinental Park Lane Young Mexico followed by Roxtons British Ladies vs Angelissima The Rest of the World.

The spectacular La Laborcilla Club will be the venue for the fashion show and after party for all guests of British Polo Day.

Supporting this Anglo-Mexican polo event will be The British Ambassador, Her Excellency Mrs Judith Macgregor.  The chosen charities for this event are The American British Cowdray Hospital (Fundación ABC), Amigas de Querétaro and The Royal Marsden Hospital (UK).
