Postage Stamp Farm and
Casablanca in US Trust final on Sunday

The final of the 2014 US Trust Cup in Sunday’s 3PM match
will feature Postage Stamp Farm (Annabelle Garret, Alejandro Gonzalez, Brandon
Phillips and Guille Aguero) and Casablanca (Grant Ganzi, Juancito Bollini, Wes
Finlayson and Nic Roldan) on the grounds of the Grand Champions Polo Club on
the corner of Lake Worth Road and South Shore Boulevard.
Casablanca earned a spot in the final on the strength of a
12-10 win over Flight Options (Melissa Ganzi, Marc Ganzi, Kris Kampsen and Juan
Bollini in Thursday morning action.
Postage Stamp Farm made their way to the final with an 11-8 win over
Newport on Friday afternoon.
Sunday’s final will be highlighted by the appearance of a
Casablanca team that boasts three of the four members of the USPA National
Youth Championship Series in Grant Ganzi, Juancito Bollini and Wes
Finlayson. The team will be anchored by
American 8-goaler Nic Roldan.
Postage Stamp Farm makes its first final appearance in a
Grand Champions fall season and will rely on the veteran leadership of Canadian
5-goaler Brandon Phillips and Argentine 6-goaler Guille Aguero. Aguero scored five goals in the teams win
over Newport while Phillips was credited with four goals with team captain
Anabelle Garret scoring twice in the win.
A second Sunday match will begin at 4:30PM and will be played
between Flight Options (Melissa Ganzi, Marc Ganzi, Kris Kampsen and Juan Bollini)
and Newport (Gene Goldstein, Leo Mandelbaum, Roberto Gonzalez and Leo
Mandelbaum).
The Grand Champions Polo Club is located on the corner of
Lake Worth Avenue and South Shore Boulevard in Wellington, Florida, and
everyone is welcome to watch the games in a relaxed atmosphere during the fall
tournament season.
