ROYAL SALUTE to take part in the 42nd International Polo Tournament in Sotogrande
The Royal Salute Scotch Whisky polo team made it’s debut last Sunday the 28th of August in Sotogrande, snatching a victory from the jaws of defeat against HB polo who are showing signs of life after a tough debut year in the high goal in England.
The immaculate fields of Santa Maria made for an open high scoring game, with Royal Salute Scotch Whisky equalising 11 all with 13 seconds on the clock. An overtime breakaway from Ale Muzzio sealed the win for Royal Salute, but this story is far from over, the two team meet again on Sunday for the first game of the Silver Cup.
