To All Polo Players and Friends,
Many of you probably already know the tragic circumstances surrounding Sbu Duma. For those that don’t, he was brutally attacked and stabbed on 1st May and tragically didn’t survive the ordeal.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Duma family and to Dieter and Josie Rowe Setz who were very much part of Sbu’s life. Sbu was a shining example to all with his enthusiasm and love for polo. For years he strived to improve his game and finally got the break he had been looking for when offered a job in the UK only for it to be snatched away by a senseless thug.
Details of his memorial service will be communicated once arrangements have been finalised. Many people have requested bank details for donations – we suggest these be paid into the SAPA account whereupon they will be passed on to his family.
