Ellerstina secured a place in the final of the 2010 Tortugas Open.
After their win against Pilara 18-12, Chapa Uno looked like a tough rival for Ellerstina, but that was not the case. Although they tried hard, Bautista Heguy’s team could not get anywhere near levelling the match at any stage. They narrowed the score difference to one goal at one point in the second chukka but the Ellerstina formation was too much for them and controlled the match all the way.
With 9 goals by Facundo Pieres, 2 by Gonzalito, 5 by Pablo MacDonough and 1 by Juan Martin Nero, Ellerdtina’s victory was secured at 17-12.
