V Copa Novillitos for Kids
La Aguada Polo Club, in Open Door, Argentina, hosted the V Novillitos Cup, the competition for kids, that took place at the Novillo Astrada family’s club on Sunday, November 4 2012.
Kids of all ages enjoyed a fantastic polo day, and they had a lot of fun and enjoyed a great time at the countryside, with their families.
The tournament showcased two categories: 12-13 year-old kids, broken down into two brackets; and 8-11 year-old kids, who played a round robin competition.
La Oración were the 8-11 years-old winners. La Oracion’s Benjamin Panelo was the MVP, and the Fair Play Award went to Las Alazanas´Miguel Guerrero. Meanwhile, Las Bétulas defeated Las Monjitas 4-1 to take the 12-13 years-old competition. Previoulsy, both teams obtained their respective brackets. Las Bétulas’ Ignacio Vejo took MVP honors, while Las Monjitas’ Segundo Merlos took the Fair Play Award.
The rookie of the competition was La Oración’s Santos Solari.
