V LA AGUADA GUARDS POLO TROPHY

 

Four teams up to 16 goals will play the V La Aguada Guards Polo Trophy, that started yesterday at La Aguada Polo Club, in close partnership with Guards Polo Club.

 

The competition marks the strong partnership between La Aguada Polo Club and Guards Polo Club. Within the Great Park at Windsor, the Club is set in the outstanding natural surroundings of Smith’s Lawn, and has been founded in 1955 by HRH the Duke of Edinburgh, husband to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Guards Polo Club is renowned as one of the most prestigious and stylish clubs in England and Europe, and the home of The Queen’s Cup, one of the biggest tournaments worldwide that attracts top polo players every year. HM The Queen first presented the trophy to the club in 1960 and attends the final day to present the trophy to the winners.

The finals are due on Friday December 11.
