The final of the 132nd Argentine Polo Galicia Open presented by Visa will be played on Sunday 7/12, on field 1 in Palermo, the world’s top interclub competition, in which 10 teams between 31 and 40 handicap goals participated, made up of the most important players in the world. among them the 7 polo players who hold the 10 goals of valorization in our country.
The only contender for the AAP Triple Crown, La Natividad La Dolfina vs. Ellerstina Indios Chapaleufú Vista, the two best teams in the tournament, will face each other starting at 4:30 p.m., in which they achieved four victories each to win Zones A and B, respectively.
THE NUMBERS
La Natividad La Dolfina will seek its third title since the two teams merged. Separately, La Dolfina has 15 trophies in Palermo; while La Natividad accumulates three (2021, 23 and 24).
For their part, the team of the Pieres and the Heguy will seek their first Triple Crown title since the clubs joined.
Divided, Ellerstina won six titles in Palermo (1994, 97, 98, 08, 10 and 12); while Indios Chapaleufú accumulates 12 (one as Los Indios -1938-; another as Cnl. In Palermo, for both mergers it will be their first final. But separated, for La Dolfina it will be their 25th final (so far they have won 15 and lost 9) in 26 Palermo Opens played since the club’s creation in 2000 (it was not only in the 2004 definition).

On Ellerstina’s side, she returns to play a final in Palermo after having done so for the last time in 2020; while Chapa has not played the decisive match of the Open since 2004.
