On Sunday, October 4th, the 133rd Hurlingham Club Open, presented by the AAP, concluded with the traditional Ayrshire Cup at stake. In the match, played on field 1 of the club located in western Greater Buenos Aires, La Natividad La Dolfina – the defending Triple Crown champions of 2025 – secured their fourth consecutive Triple Crown title and their second straight in Hurlingham, after defeating La Hache Polo Team 18-14.
La Natividad and La Dolfina secured their fourth title since the two clubs merged. Separately, La Natividad now has four titles in Hurlingham (2021, 2024, 2025, and 2026); while La Dolfina has accumulated 14 (2000, 2001, 2002, 2006, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2019, 2022, 2023, 2025, and 2026).
On the individual side, Adolfo Cambiaso achieved his 17th conquest in this Open – increasing his advantage as the tournament’s top winner – while the brothers Barto and Jeta Castagnola and their cousin Poroto Cambiaso have accumulated 4 titles.
