Globalport beat Park Place by a score of 10-8 in the final qualifying round match of the U.S. Open Polo Championship at the National Polo Center on Tuesday 8th April. With this match the Quarter Finals are set and the US Open moves into the elimination rounds. The Quarters are set as follows:

11am: La Fe Eastern Hay vs Park Place
1:30pm: Globalport vs La Dolfina Catamount

A rollercoaster of a game, Tuesday’s match saw the lead swap throughout with a strong second chukka from Park Place putting them ahead only for Globalport to come alive in the penultimate and take the win with some incredible team plays. Both teams will move forward to the Quarters where Globalport will play La Dolfina/ Catamount while Park Place will take on La Fe Eastern Hay.
